Shipping policy

Important Note

Duties, Tariffs, Entry Fees, and Taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country, and this is the customer’s responsibility to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government.

Shipping Insurance

We have partnered with a shipping insurance provider to offer customers a chance to completely insure the full value of their package by toggling this option in their cart. If a customer removes the shipping insurance, they may be invoiced by our system at the time of label creation to add last minute insurance directly with the carrier - this is not mandatory, and customers should reach out if they wish to ship without insurance. 

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to anywhere in Mainland Canada and the US. Please allow up to 7 business days for your items to ship from our store.

Note: Untracked Bubble Mailers do NOT come with a tracking number, and these may take up to 45 days to arrive due to carrier delays. Please wait for the full period before contacting us about shipping issues.

International Shipping (UK & Other)

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship from our facility. International pickups are only done once a week. Packages may take up to 30 days to arrive before contacting us regarding delays.

Please note that depending on your location, import fees and duties may apply - this is up to your Government and not us as we do not collect these.

Oversized Package: If your international orders combine to weigh more than 10 KG, you may be invoiced for oversized package to ensure that we can properly protect the items inside and fit everything into one large box. You may also be invoiced for carrier insurance if the shipping protection offered directly at checkout was removed to cover the package during transit.

During the holiday season (October 1st – January 15th) and other special periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), please expect delays at the carrier level. We cannot control transit times once items have shipped.

Please note that we may require a signature upon delivery for certain orders, including but not limited to:

  • First-time orders
  • Orders exceeding a certain amount
  • Orders without shipping protection
  • Orders containing specific goods

 

If you do not expect to be home for delivery, please contact the carrier directly to make alternative arrangements.
