Shipping policy

Important Note

Duties, Tariffs, Entry Fees, and Taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country, and this is the customer’s responsibility to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government.
Please note: We have seen an increase in tariffs applied by US customs for US customers, and we will not refund them under any circumstances.


US Shipments

As of September 1st, 2025, the US government has removed the $800 exemption for packages entering the US. This means that all orders will likely incur an entry fee and applicable duties/tariffs. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable under any circumstances.

Failure to pay the fees on entry or refusal of the package means a refund can only be issued if the package is successfully returned to us. Any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
Every customer checking out from the US must accept these terms before completing the checkout process.


Where Do We Ship?

We ship to anywhere in Mainland Canada and the US. Please allow up to 7 business days for your items to ship from our store.

Note: Untracked Bubble Mailers do NOT come with a tracking number, and these may take up to 45 days to arrive due to carrier delays. Please wait for the full period before contacting us about shipping issues.


International Shipping (UK & Other)

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship from our facility. International pickups are only done once a week. Packages may take up to 30 days to arrive before contacting us regarding delays.

Please note that depending on your location, import fees and duties may apply - this is up to your Government and not us as we do not collect these.

During the holiday season (October 1st – January 15th) and other special periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), please expect delays at the carrier level. We cannot control transit times once items have shipped.

Please note that we may require a signature upon delivery for certain orders, including but not limited to:

  • First-time orders
  • Orders exceeding a certain amount
  • Orders without shipping protection
  • Orders containing specific goods

 

If you do not expect to be home for delivery, please contact the carrier directly to make alternative arrangements.
